分瓶螺杆的常用材质有三种：第 一种，国产POM和进口POM材质，常用的为国产POM材质，优点是成本较低，特性是不易变形，自润滑性能高，不会划伤瓶子。进口POM特性属于国产POM加强版，但是成本较高，所以大多数人设计师在非必要情况下还是选择国产POM材质。

第二种，MC尼龙材质，成本与POM相差不大，常应用于冲击力较大需要耐冲击的环境，特性是耐冲击、耐刮擦，自润滑性能好，耐磨，有些朋友遇到分瓶螺杆经常断裂的情况下，可以尝试使用下MC尼龙的材质；

第三种，PE材质，PE的成本方面跟前面两种相差不大，分瓶螺杆行业里用的比较少，PE材质最 大的特性就是耐磨，很多朋友反映分瓶螺杆由于磨损较严重需要经常更换，建议可以试用一下PE材质的分瓶螺杆。
